Do you have gluten free or friendly items?
We do not have gluten free/friendly options for our cookies or pizzas however, we do have ice cream and beverages available.
Do you have any dairy-free options?
Our cookies are not dairy-free as they contain butter. Our pizzas can be made dairy-free without adding cheese. Our only dairy containing beverage is hot cocoa.
Can I call in a take-out order?
We do not offer take-out orders over the phone. If you want to place an order in advance (not the same day), send us a message on the "contact" page or email us at mtlemmoncookiecabinmedia@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate.
What is the parking situation like?
Parking can be tricky. While there is not a designated parking area, there are spaces on the side of the road as well as down the street available. We strongly suggest carpooling especially on weekends and holidays.
Is there free WIFI?
We do not provide free wifi. Wifi access can be found at the Mt Lemmon Lodge Cafe.
What if I have a nut allergy?
We bake all of our cookies on the same trays. If you have a serious nut allergy, we wouldn't advise eating our cookies.
Are you open holidays?
We are open every day of the year except Christmas, Thanksgiving, and snow days. When we're closed due to snow, it is announced on our website and social media pages.
Are you dog-friendly?
Absolutely! We love your furry friends. However, we kindly ask to not bring any aggressive dogs and to keep them on leashes at all times. Only service dogs are allowed inside the restaurant.
Do you have any cabin rentals?
Unfortunately, we do not have cabin rentals anymore after the fire. There are cabins available for rent through Airbnb and The Mt Lemmon Hotel. The new Mt Lemmon Lodge also has rooms available.
